Get clear on what exactly you’re building, why and for whom. This clarity is vital when starting out in business. And once you have it, all your decisions around knowing who you’re marketing to, what you’re going to sell them, why they need it and how to talk to their pain points become crystal clear.
Leave with a documented roadmap of your strategy, a number of different products to develop, a deeply rooted commitment to making the business serve you not the other way around.
DESIGN YOUR SALES FUNNEL
A sales funnel is a must and to have one from the beginning of your entrepreneurial journey is a multiplying lever you can pull whenever you want more traction, sales or even just feedback on your products. You will design a sales funnel that is quick to understand, simple to implement and track, and easy to build upon.
SET UP YOUR CLOUD TOOLS
To #WorkFromAnywhere you need to be able to work in the cloud. To manage clients, projects, your team and freelancers, you need the best cloud tools that integrate with each other to make your working day, noise free. You’ll set up your professional email address (email@example.com), a password manager, project management software, email list software, payments tools and design tools – everything you need when starting out. I’ll also receive the Noise Method daily checklist to keep on purpose each day, wherever you’re working from.
CREATE YOUR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
You will create two digital products. One free PDF for quick downloads, to build your list. The second product will be a paid one that you upsell to your list, after they’ve signed up for the first one. These products will be short but packed full of your most juicy work. They’re designed to be enticing. Don’t worry if you’re not sure what to create ~ we’ll brainstorm together and you’ll have gorgeous templates in your cloud tools to create them in a few hours.
SET UP YOUR EMAIL LIST
We’ll set up your email list so you can start collecting email addresses from day one. In your pre-work you’ll gather all your email addresses from your email inbox, spreadsheets etc. and I’ll help you to import them. We’ll connect your website email list opt-in form to your email list account and you’ll be ready to send your first email ~ informing everyone of your new website and asking if they would like to be added to your official mailing list!
LAUNCH YOUR NEW WEBSITE
Now you have your products and an email list ready, you need a website! We’ll build you a new 5-page Squarespace website to showcase your brand, you, your services and your products. Your online home. A clean, simple design you can build upon over time, and on a platform you can tweak yourself in minutes. Full training included. We’ll cover this in your pre-work so you can have the satisfaction of clicking ‘go live’ during the bootcamp with everyone else. #community
START MARKETING YOUR PRODUCTS
Now you have your products, your website your email list and your sales funnel, the only thing left to do is market and sell. You’ll customise your Facebook personal profile to lead people to your Facebook page, and ensure your Facebook page is set up to gather email addresses. You will receive a list of dozens of different post ideas to let people know your new website is live. You will also create 30 images ready to post on Instagram over the coming month. It’s time to feel proud of your online presence regardless of where you’re at. We all have to start somewhere.

My first job title was: ‘Child DJ’

By the time I was 19 I had worked in 9 different family businesses.
So, in 1996 with a computer I couldn’t carry, I started my first business of my own, and well… let’s say it wasn’t all pixies and unicorns.
I learned so much in my early business failures (the 2nd one was still a struggle) and so I set out to design a fool-proof method for myself and others, to overcome the obstacles we all face when starting out in business. I wanted to make unique mistakes. My next business had very healthy profits and my confidence blossomed. I began to share my method with my clients and they asked me to coach them and train their employees.
And so, my fourth business NoiseWhisperer.com business strategy and coaching was born. Fast forward many years (with detours along the way) and my clients are as diverse (and beautifully complex) as the internet itself.

2 HR CALL PRIOR TO ARRIVING
We’ll have a Skype video call for up to two hours, prior to the workshop commencing so I can get to you know you and your business. I’ll use this time to understand your business needs and start preparing your website so you can go live during the bootcamp.
DO YOUR PRE-WORK
We have a lot to get through to build your business foundations in 3 days together. It will require approximately 1 full day of pre-work on your part. I will guide you with everything you need to do. We’ll schedule this time together during our initial 2 hr on-boarding call after you confirm your place in the bootcamp.
BREAKFAST GET TOGETHER
On the first morning of the bootcamp we will eat a light breakfast together on the terrace to take time to hear everyone’s journey to that point, and what having an online business will bring them personally. Bring a sombrero, the terrace is flooded with sun…
2 DAYS OF STRATEGY
Enjoy 2 days of deep diving into the creative ocean of possibilities an online business can bring you. Each session will be a fun combination of facilitating and workbook think-taking, with group brainstorming leading to clarity break throughs and ah-ha moments that will help you define what you stand for, what you are selling and how it will benefit the clients and customers you most want to impact.
1 DAY OF IMPLEMENTATION
Let’s implement! After completing all your work to this point, you will book a 2 hour block with me to finalise your cloud tools setup, ask any questions one-on-one, and click ‘go live’ on your website. If you have free time, you will be encouraged to help others. #ItTakesAVillage
LAUNCH & PROMO DAY
You now have a written business strategy, your website is live, you have two digital products to promote along with an email list and payment tools so you’re ready to take payments online. You’ll send your first email, join 50 different Facebook groups and hang out on Instagram. Take photos, do Facebook Live’s and generally get social and get your name out there. You will have built the foundations of an entire online business, and created all the momentum you need to continue growing. #Productive3Days
The rhythm of our days are an outcomes-driven blend of strategy, product design, systems and automation integrations and promotion.You’ll have accountability each day to get the outcomes for that day. Everyone in the group will be implementing the same things ~ you’ll be producing, publishing and promoting right along side everyone else.
We will take over a stunning rooftop apartment with two terraces and 360 degree views of Barcelona in the trendy El Born district. We’re opposite the largest park in town and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of cafe’s directly on the streets surrounding our space and there is also a full kitchen and fridge if you want to bring meals and snacks and prepare them. Look forward to lounging around with your laptop and chatting with other bootcampers in a super relaxed, friendly and utterly inspiring workspace.

How many hours per day will we be working?
We have a #lot to get through in our short time together. Expect to be fully engaged for full days 10am – 6pm. The experience will be very relaxed though. So, see yourself listening for 20 minutes, doing strategy work in your workbook while sitting on the terrace, then coming back together with the group to discuss the next segment. Intense but invigorating.
What if I already have a website?
Excellent! You’ll benefit from feedback in our 1:1 session. We’ll take a few hours to look over your strategy roadmap and decide if your current website serves your aspireations. If not, and if it’s possible to resolve in this session, we’ll go in and update it together. I am experienced in WordPress and Squarespace and for most things we will be able to make the changes on the spot.
